The purchaser of any parts/service releases the manufacturer of those parts/service and RCscooters.com from all liabilities pertaining to use of the parts/service. Either it be mechanical, bodily injury or property damage. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modifications to any vehical may increase the risk of accident and/or injury and may also render the vehical illegal for use on public roads.

No item will be accepted for return without prior approval. All approved returns must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number and must be in new and unused condition. All RA numbers must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. All returns are subject to restocking fees, not to exceed 35%. No return will be accepted on closeout, discounted, custom order or discontinued items, or purchases older than 30 days. Refunds are issued in the form of in store credit. All refused shipments are subject to a 35% restock fee and all applicable freight charges.

All orders are shipped out of Taiwan or Hawaii. International air shipping is included in the price unless other wise specified. Please allow 7-14 days to arrive after it's shipped out. Delays in transit and customs does not apply. A tracking number will be given for orders totalling $100 US dollars or more. A signature is required when delivered by your local postal service.
